Business Dev Manager/ Asst.Mgr (Pharma/ Chemical)
Maintain current revenue from existing direct accounts & develop new business opportunities with current accounts and new accounts within assigned territory
Monitor monthly progress of agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) vs. plan for the accounts in the defined region: Sales target, profitability, credit days & general working process etc.
Owns sales process (Contracts, Pricing Agreements, Volume commitments, Rebates, Credit management, Forecasting) at Direct accounts (and Channel Partners).
Develop long term relationships with current and new customers to become a long term preferred supplier
Work with Sales Head/ Director to develop and build a sales strategy to achieve sales targets with key accounts
Confirm that products meet the prospect's requirements and will assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, will articulate /demonstrate solutions, influence customer's technical requirements.
Develop and maintain broad market intelligence to understand customers organization and structure, competitive situation, trends and future needs. Share with internal support functions (Tech support, Marketing, etc.) to promote increased revenue and value.
Will assist & coordinate with internal sales, technical team.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and sales conditions that meet commercial standards of company
